By the end of the course, participants will have a basic knowledge of human anatomy, appreciate manual handling legislation and risk assessment, understand the principles of safe manual handling and be able to apply these principles to their own work situations.

What do I need to bring with me?
On day one of the course, you will be expected to bring a form of photographic ID with you. Suitable forms include a driver’s license and/or passport.
What accreditation will I receive?
Those who successfully pass, will receive a virtual ECITB Certificate, or an ACTTnow certificate.
How long does the certificate last?
Your certification will last for 3 years.
Is there any funding for this course?
Those who pay into the ECITB levy, may be able to recover the course fees. Please do check with ECITB before buying this course.
